M & E Officer Job in Shifa Foundation
Salary Package: Rs. 60K+
Job Description:
1. Help the project director to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and Plan for the project.
2. In light of the structure develop basic and clear cut checking configuration and its rules to be utilized in observing cycles for various task pointers.
3. To get ready for an annual monitoring and assessment plan in reliable M&E Framework.
4. Develop Recording and Reporting all documents forms and formats for the project.
5. Create/Modify recording and revealing layouts and organizations for project exercises.
6. Assist Manager for testing, adjusting and concluding the recording and announcing structures and arrangements
7. Capacity Building of tehsil organizers on Monitoring and Evaluation.
8. Plan week after week, Monthly, Trimester and Annual Reports of undertaking.
9. Help MIS Section to incorporate intermittent advancement information.
10. Develop contextual investigations and examples of overcoming adversity.
11. Develop examination of field exercises against set targets.
12. Plan field observing visits and offer checking reports to pertinent staff.
13. Help and work with outer observing missions.
14. Work with the program group in month to month and quarterly arranging.
15. Guarantee execution of GRM and its detailing.
Job Skills:
