ASSISTANT INFORMATION OFFICER (BS-16)

Age:

Maximum age required is 28. (05 years relaxation in upper age limit)

Department

INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING/PRESS INFORMATION DEPARTMENT

Job Duties

 

  • Total Staff skillful.
  • AIO of the department are assigned to Federal Ministries o arrange publicity of development schemes in their respective circles.
  • They arrange press conference and briefings, meetings, conferences, updates, seminars, interviews whenever there is an important news break or significant development demanding it.
  • They support their Supervisor (Information Officer)

Qualification

Second Class or Grade “C”

Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from a university recognized by the HEC.

OR

Second Class or Grade “C”

Graduation from any University recognized by HEC Pakistan.

Two years post qualification experience of Journalistic worked in a recognized news agency or newspaper or Radio Stations or in any News Organization.
