1. Assistant Manager – Management Information System
This chair will reporting to Wing
of Head (Performance & Rewards of Wing)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
from a reputed University/Institute. Master’s degree holder will be preferred.
Experience: Three years’ experience
with MIS System.
Applicants must have computer
skills, presentation skills and Proficiency in MS-Excel.
Applicant will be responsible for:
- To provide management for audit/regulators/Business Partners
- To set up the information report from HR systems with time.
- For development and improvements applicant will update the HR System and review it.
- Applicant will collect all information regarding staff and to maintain the HR systems database.
- To maintain the HR data with correctness.
- Applicant will coordinate with stockholders in demand of ongoing HR systems.
2. Assistant Manager – Performance & Rewards

of Head (Performance & Rewards of Wing)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
from a reputed University/Institute. Master’s degree holder will be preferred.
Experience: Four years’ experience with
MIS System.
Applicants must have computer
skills, presentation skills and Proficiency in MS-Office.
Applicant will be responsible for:
- To carry out Bank wide execution and prize methodology including position target setting, execution the executives and remuneration surveys.
- To perform yearly execution addition and extra calculations, examination and payout work out.
- To dissect direct monetary, roundabout monetary and nonfinancial pay information from different viewpoints for creating helpful data for decision makers.
- To help in executions of SBP rules on Remuneration Practices and continuous administration of assets.
- To aid the board of unique ventures with specialists and guaranteeing opportune finishing of tasks relegated.
