Background: The Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) has been Pakistan's notable accomplice on majority rules system, harmony, and improvement since 1983. Job Description:

Qualifications Required:

• Master’s degree in any relevant field from recognized university/institute.
• Strong hands on political interactions and have understanding of it.
• Three years (03) of work experience in the academic or development sector, including scholarships, Management, report writing or monitoring & evaluation
• Candidate is able to work theoretically, deliberately, and systematically
• Having good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Can execute project activities in pressure situation and to work on tight targets and also adjust to shifting political conditions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Confidence to communicate in English and Urdu

• Write motivational letter in English maximum 1 page of A4 page size
• CV in English will be acceptable and should be on 2 pages of A4 page size
• Write a short analysis of 1 page of A4 page size of the current Afghan refugee’s situation in Pakistan. How Afghan refugee can access to higher education and which opportunities available for them?
• Photocopies of educational degrees/certificates including experience certificates, job certificates, training certificates or work samples in English. Maximum 10 pages of A4 page size                       
• The application contains maximum 14 pages in total of A4 page size and must be submitted in the correct order in a single pdf file to islamabad@hss.de by 29^th August 2021
