Job Description
To complete the tasks and
assignments of Execute Administrative and do the follow-up of project activities
and accountancy. Keeping strict control on money resources with the direction
of administration managers.
Responsibilities
- Complete all legal related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
- To check all documents, personal files and update all with accuracy.
- To calculate and update payroll sheets and timesheets for employee’s salaries.
- To ensure cash availability and cash security.
- To prepare employment contracts with legal requirements.
- For HR process management keep all records up to date, enter all data in the HR database with sequence and accuracy.
- To create monthly payslips and certificates at the end of the contract.
- All documents should be prepare for the meeting time and make all administrative information available to the staff.
- For translating the local language, do support to higher management and supervisor.
- For contract management liaise with contractors/vendors.
- Perform weekly and monthly cash counts as per HR policy guidelines.
- Prepare cheques and transfer requests and bank reconciliation.
- To brief new employee or donor or international person.
- Arrange all bookings like travel/accommodation for all staff visits.
- Monitoring to all staff medical expenses.
- Prepare monthly/annual reports.
