How can we apply for a written test?

 

• Register yourself online at: http://etc.hec.gov.pk
• Download and read the user manual book available at:  http://etc.hec.gov.pk
• In any query or difficulty during application registration, Helpline: 051-111-119-432 or 0334—111-9432
• Do not submit hard copies only online submitted applications will be considered.
• Deposit your test fee (Rs. 600/- PKR) online/ATM in the HBL bank account number: 17427900133401 titled as “Higher Education Commission, Habib Bank Limited. Branch Code is 1742”
• Please submit the original fee deposit slip through Courier to “Member’s House, HEC Sector H-8, Islamabad” before, 20 September 2021 and mention your CNIC number on the backside of the original deposit slip.
• Selected candidates will be informed electronically by SMS/Email.
• Interview & The selection process will be based on test results.
• Short-listed applicants will be called for formal interviews.
• At the time of interview candidate must bring his/her original documents and the attested photocopies of each.
